How the workflow stays connected

An operator can surface the Boat & Gear, Equipment Status, Maintenance, Safety Checklist, and Task Cells when those workflows apply. Unconnected data sources are shown as a setup state instead of being filled with placeholders.

1

Configure the operating rule

Set the availability, capacity, waiver, payment, or communication rule that applies to the activity.

2

See the work in a Cell

Keep the relevant state close to the next departure instead of looking across separate systems.

3

Act with context

Open the related booking, guest, calendar, message, or setup workflow without losing the operational picture.

Questions operators ask

Does this feature use live operational data?

When the related provider and internal setup are configured, HQcell loads tenant-scoped operational data. Otherwise, it shows a clear setup or empty state.

Can I hide this feature from the dashboard?

Yes. The owner can remove the related Cell from a personal layout and add it again later.
