HQcell separates customer payments from the software-pricing preference an operator saves for HQcell. The operator can choose a monthly or percentage-based preference; customer checkout and any future platform percentage collection are separately configured.

Predictable software cost

A set monthly subscription is useful for operators with steadier booking volume. The current amount comes from HQcell billing configuration, not placeholder marketing copy.

Lower fixed-cost option

A percentage-based preference can suit new, seasonal, or growing operators. Rates can be stored in basis points, but HQcell does not currently collect a platform percentage.

Payment-processing fees charged by a connected payment provider are separate from HQcell platform pricing. Cancellations, refunds, failed payments, and disputes remain part of the underlying payment record; no live platform percentage is claimed or collected until the relevant provider configuration is complete.

Can I change the pricing model?

An owner can save a monthly or percentage-based platform billing preference in account configuration. HQcell percentage collection is not currently active.

Are customer processing fees the same as HQcell fees?

No. Customer payment processing and HQcell platform pricing are distinct concepts.

Are rates shown on this page?

Only configured, real rates should be shown. HQcell does not invent public price or percentage values.
