Add staff only when needed
Every Helper requires an active paid seat: $19 per month or $168 per year. Seat checkout becomes available after the matching Helper-seat Stripe price and platform webhook are configured.
Build My HQHQcell’s platform fee is 3.5%, capped at $19 per booking. An operator chooses whether the customer sees the platform and card-processing amounts at checkout or pays one published absorbed-fee total. Percentage collection is enabled only after the required platform payment configuration is complete. Cancellations, refunds, failed payments, and disputes remain part of the underlying booking payment record.
