ONLINE BOOKING

Online booking for tour operators

HQcell connects published availability, departure times, capacity limits, time blocks, and rental-asset conflicts. Customers choose a server-calculated slot and, after checkout is activated, complete the full booking payment before capacity and selected assets are confirmed.

How the workflow stays connected

Every confirmed booking is checked against the operating rules configured for that activity. A verified full payment finalizes a public booking, and the Calendar keeps guest counts and booking details current after a change so the team sees the same operational picture.

1

Configure the operating rule

Set the availability, capacity, waiver, payment, or communication rule that applies to the activity.

2

See the work in a Cell

Keep the relevant state close to the next departure instead of looking across separate systems.

3

Act with context

Open the related booking, guest, calendar, message, or setup workflow without losing the operational picture.

When the related provider and internal setup are configured, HQcell loads tenant-scoped operational data. Otherwise, it shows a clear setup or empty state.

Can I hide this feature from the dashboard?

Yes. The owner can remove the related Cell from a personal layout and add it again later.
