HQCELL PRIVACY NOTICE

How HQcell handles information.

This notice explains the information HQcell processes to provide booking and operations software to tour, charter, and rental businesses. Effective August 20, 2026.

Who this notice covers

This notice applies to people who visit HQcell public pages, create or use an HQcell account, operate an HQcell business account, make a booking through an HQcell-powered customer flow, or contact HQcell support. A business using HQcell controls the operational information it enters about its customers, participants, services, assets, and bookings. That business is responsible for its own customer notices, consents, and operating practices.

Information processed through HQcell

Account and business information

This includes account name, email address, password hash, role, business configuration, services, schedules, availability rules, assets, pricing, and settings entered by an authorized user.

Booking and operational information

This can include a booking contact’s name, email address, one phone number, party size, participant details, selected assets, waiver status, booking times, payment records, messages, tasks, and audit history.

Technical and security information

This includes authentication-session data, security logs, rate-limit events, request metadata, and information needed to protect the service, investigate misuse, and maintain reliable operation.

How information is used

HQcell uses information to provide authenticated tenant-scoped workspaces, show availability, create and operate bookings, manage guest readiness and waivers, process configured payment workflows, send configured transactional messages, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

HQcell uses infrastructure and provider services needed to operate the product. Depending on the business configuration, this can include Railway for application hosting, PostgreSQL for operational data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for transactional email delivery. Payment-card information is processed by Stripe’s payment interface and is not stored by HQcell as card-number or card-security-code data. HQcell may also disclose information when required to comply with law, protect people or the service, or respond to a valid legal request.

Retention and deletion

HQcell retains information for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. An authorized business owner may request account or data-deletion assistance by emailing support@hqcell.com. Deletion requests are assessed against security, backup, financial-record, waiver, dispute, and legal-retention requirements.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and relationship with the business, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about processing. Send a request to support@hqcell.com. If your request concerns a guest booking, contact the tour, charter, or rental business that collected the booking first; that business controls the customer relationship and the operational record.

Security and changes

HQcell uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. If this notice changes materially, HQcell will update the effective date and publish the current version on this page. For privacy questions, email support@hqcell.com.
